Yes. Standard service includes cylinder controls, pressure relief, expansion vessel and G3-related components. G3 certification renewal available for a small additional fee.
My boiler is in a Hutton garage conversion, can you still service it?
Yes, we service boilers in garages, lofts, utility-room conversions. Just leave reasonable access. Mention on booking if access is tight.
Do you service oil boilers?
No, natural gas and LPG only. For oil boilers you’ll need an OFTEC engineer; we can recommend one we trust.
Can you fit a Worcester Bosch 4000 in a Pilgrims Hatch new-build during the service?
Installations are separate visits, they’re a full day’s work. Mention it during the service and we’ll follow up with a fixed-price quote within 24 hours.
What if my Brentwood property needs a powerflush rather than a service?
We’ll tell you on the visit if we think a powerflush is needed (cold spots, lockouts, dirty water). Quoted separately, no obligation.
