How much does a typical Tilbury installation cost?
For a like-for-like combi swap in a typical Tilbury home: £2,110 (Worcester Greenstar 1000, 5-year warranty), £2,260 (Worcester Greenstar 2000, 7-year warranty, our most popular), or £2,610 (Worcester Greenstar 4000, 10-year warranty). My boiler in a flat off Civic Square has its flue running through the loft, is that a problem?
Concealed flues (flues running through cavities or loft space) need access for inspection, either via existing hatches or via newly cut ones. If you’re switching to a new boiler, we’ll check whether the flue route is still compliant for the new install. If hatches need cutting or the flue needs rerouting, we’ll quote that separately before going ahead.
Do you install in West Tilbury village as well as central Tilbury?
Yes. Full RM18 coverage. West Tilbury’s older properties sometimes need additional time for flue routing or pipework upgrades, but they’re routine for us.
What's included in your fixed-price installation?
Supply of the new boiler, all labour, removal and disposal of the old boiler, magnetic system filter, ESI wireless programmable thermostat, Calmag system protection, full heating system flush (or magma cleanse), warranty registration with the manufacturer, and post-install commissioning and walk-through.
