Charges, rates and payments
In most cases, payment is due on completion, once you’ve received your invoice. (Horndon Services – Charges / Payments)
Call-out fees per hour (subject to VAT)
- Mon–Fri, 8am to 6pm: £75
- Mon–Fri, 6pm to 12am: £120
- Sat, 8am to 6pm: £95
- Sat, 6pm to 12am: £130
- Sun, 8am to 6pm: £110
- Sun, 6pm to 12am: £140
- Mon–Sun, 12am to 7am: £160
How we charge
- We charge a minimum of one hour on all jobs. However, If the issue cannot be resolved on the same day and parts need to be ordered a reduced charge of £50 + VAT will apply
- Fixed prices can be agreed in advance (verbally or in writing), if you prefer.
