Boiler servicing and gas safety prices
Choose the appointment you need. All four fixed prices include VAT and apply Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm. Tell us the boiler make, model and any existing faults when enquiring.
Annual Boiler Service
Routine boiler maintenance and safety checks following the manufacturer’s instructions. Continue annual servicing between strip-down visits.

Annual service checks plus burner removal, a new burner seal, cleaning the main heat exchanger, reassembly and operational testing in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Full service checklist →When is a strip-down needed? Five-year strip-down appointments must suit the boiler manufacturer’s schedule and its condition; some appliances need this work sooner. Continue annual servicing between strip-down visits. Call for an out-of-hours quote for these packages, including weekends and bank holidays.
Cylinder servicing and powerflushing
Unvented Hot-Water Cylinder Service
Routine cylinder servicing following the appliance manufacturer’s instructions. A cylinder service is separate from a boiler service or CP12. Tell us the make, model and any existing fault before booking.

Full-system powerflushing for up to twelve radiators, including cleaning chemicals, neutraliser and inhibitor. We assess the heating symptoms and system condition before confirming suitability. Larger systems and out-of-hours visits need a quotation.

Hourly repair and plumbing rates
All hourly rates include VAT. We charge a minimum of one hour on hourly jobs. Call to confirm availability and the charge for out-of-hours work before booking.

Boiler fault diagnosis
During Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, boiler repair labour is £90 per hour including VAT. If parts must be ordered and the repair cannot be completed that day, the diagnostic visit is £60 including VAT. We then provide a repair quote before further work proceeds.

Fixed prices can be agreed in advance, verbally or in writing. In most cases, payment is due on completion once you have received your invoice. Your invoice describes the work carried out.
Card payments are accepted. Confirm the scope and price for your job before booking.
